Here is a selection of pencils (page 2) made by American Pencil Company. American Pencil Co. traces its origins to about 1861. The company name was changed to Venus Pen and Pencil in 1956, and later to Venus-Esterbrook. In 1973, the company was acquired by Faber-Castell USA, which is now a part of the Sanford Corporation. Few of the original brands are still available. Please do not use images without permission.
